Baskin Robbins, one of Moscow's leading high-tech industrial enterprises, celebrated the 25th anniversary of its foundation on May 21, the DairyNews writes.
Europe's largest factory produces 16,500 tons of premium natural ice cream Baskin Robbins per year, the assortment line includes more than 200 varieties. Annually the enterprise launches about 20 novelties.
Through advanced technology along with classic ice cream, Baskin Robbins produces functional low-fat ice cream with no sugar, as well as desserts, sorbets, popsicles and exclusive collections of handmade ice cream cakes.
In 2017, Baskin Robbins got the status of an industrial complex as one of the leading food producers in Moscow for applying innovative production technologies and taking an active part in the advanced development of the city's food industry.
In 2018, the company's production facilities underwent modernization, followed by the launch of a new production line that created opportunities for further assortment expansion and conceptually new products, increasing the efficiency of production processes and tripling production volumes.
As a result of the factory's ongoing innovative development, this year Russian consumers can enjoy unique products of a new generation: a line of functional ice cream, enriched with protein and vitamin C, and a collection of natural frozen lactose-free desserts VEGAN, focused on a growing segment of consumers, following eco-food principles.
From 2009, Baskin Robbins has been the official supplier of the Moscow Kremlin and is a licensee of the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games.
