The company will supply its products to Armenia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Abkhazia, Belarus, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan, branded with the Made in Russia logo. To date, AmA-Don is the only manufacturer of extra-class muselets in Russia,” the message says.
The company is committed to impeccable customer service. AmA-Don has a valid certificate of conformity, a declaration of conformity, a QMS certificate of conformity, and now the Made in Russia quality mark.
A muselet is a wire device that holds a cork in a bottle with a sparkling drink under high pressure. The main function is to prevent accidental opening of a bottle of champagne or other sparkling drinks. Muselets are made from low-carbon galvanized wire, which can be painted in various colors.
AmA-Don was founded in 2011. The company strived to provide Russian producers of champagne and sparkling wines with high-quality muselets of domestic production. The company was developing rapidly; by 2013, the production of muselets reached 100 million pieces per year. AmA-Don launched exports to the CIS. For a long time, AmA-Don has been purchasing wire from international vendors, such as Beckart and Biancini. Severstal-Metiz became a supplier of Russian-made wire. The company proves that there are high-quality producers of raw materials in Russia. Machines for the production of muselets are assembled according to the drawings of the company's technical specialists. AmA-Don operates 24/7.
It purchases tin for the plaques from Russian companies, some of them apply the paintwork and lithographed printing themselves, or the company transports the plaques for varnishing (lithography) to other partners. Each plaque is made of tinplate on pressing equipment, which is a semi-finished product. It arrives at the assembly site to turn into the finished product. The company takes pride in its own development of print positioning, so that the pattern on the plaque can be positioned in one direction relative to the loops of the muselet.
Over the past 12 years, AmA-Don has made a leap forward in business development, the company has partnered with more than 85 organizations, and another significant event is the production of a 1.5 billion muselet. All products are certified and declared in Russia and the Customs Union. AmA-Don muselets are allowed to carry the National Certification System conformity mark. The company accepts orders for the production of muselets for souvenir bottles of 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 liters.
